Refund policy
At Sage & Veda, we pour our heart into creating luxurious, sensorial essentials that we hope you'll adore. We understand, however, that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sageandveda.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is submitted, you'll have 14 days to ship the item(s) back to our fulfillment center.
Returns are eligible under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened or very minimally used (less than 10% of product)
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Products purchased directly from sageandveda.com
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A $5 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and carefully inspecting returned items
- Items purchased from retail partners must be returned to the original place of purchase
EXCHANGES
Prefer to exchange your product? We're happy to help you find the right Sage & Veda product for your needs. Email hello@sageandveda.com with your order number and desired exchange, and our team will guide you through the process.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please email hello@sageandveda.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to process your cancellation if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may follow our standard return process.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at hello@sageandveda.com immediately after placing your order. We'll make every effort to update the shipping information if the order hasn't been processed. Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please email hello@sageandveda.com within 7 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product/packaging or incorrect item
- Brief description of the issue
We'll work quickly to make it right through replacement or refund.
