SHIPPING

Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days. During peak periods this may extend to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has left our fulfilment centre.

Free shipping on orders $75 and above. Calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery Options

Standard: 3–5 business days Expedited: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary by location. We currently ship within the United States only.


RETURNS

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return

Email hello@sageandveda.com with your order number and subject line "return help." Once confirmed, you have 14 days to ship the item back to our fulfilment centre.

Return conditions

Product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Purchased directly from sageandveda.com. Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery. Products purchased from retail partners must be returned to the original place of purchase.


EXCHANGES

Email hello@sageandveda.com with your order number and the product you would like instead. We will guide you through the process.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Email hello@sageandveda.com as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will cancel it. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.


ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact us immediately after placing your order at hello@sageandveda.com. Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@sageandveda.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number, photos of the damaged product or packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will resolve it by replacement or refund.

If your product has a defect or formulation issue, email hello@sageandveda.com with your order number in the subject line. We are always here to help.
